Blog Sixteen: Meeting Goals and Smashing Them
It’s only 11:30, but the greeting still stands strong—let’s 🎉 Pop some bottles! Bring out the champagne! Pour me a glass of your finest wine because... I did it! I managed to finish all the coloring pages for this month and it’s not even the first full week of December yet!
Huge shoutout to my amazing computer tablet for making this possible. Don’t get me wrong, I still adore my screen tablets, but the computer tablet? Girl. Bro. Sis. It’s so compact and versatile—I don’t need to tether it to a computer or have it hog up desk space. I can draw literally anywhere: on my bed, standing up, even sneaking in a sketch during slow moments at work (no snitching!). It’s got me hyped to tackle all kinds of projects, but for now, I’m laser-focused on what’s next: writing at least three more poems. Minimum. Let’s go!
Switching gears from work to hobbies: one of the clothes I ordered turned out to be too small for me but fits my sister perfectly. The thing is, she only wants it if I alter it to make it shorter. Lucky for her (and me), tomorrow is sewing day! 💖 I was debating skipping it since I still need to order boning for my corset project, but now I have something else to work on—actually two things since I also need to fix my leggings. Yay for unexpected projects!
Still making steady progress on everything else: my book, scripts, and even my Japanese studies… kinda.
That’s all from me for now! Till next time, じゃね! ✨
